2. Sign the online waiver by clicking on 'New Athlete' and filling out the forms.

What to expect at one of our classes:
5 minutes of 'white board' which is explaining the game plan for the class
10 minutes or so working on warming up and mobility/flexibility
10 minutes reviewing/learning a few specific movements
10 minutes building, correcting, and improving movement patterns
5 minutes to explain the workout, water, break
10 minutes (or so) to do the workout
10 minutes cooling down and stretching

We want to help new members build a solid base for a lifetime fitness journey. The emphasis for our beginners is mobility and flexibility, imparting correct form and movement patterns, and increasing cardiovascular capacity. Our trainers work carefully with new members who have not worked out in a long time (or ever!) We wish to impart correct form and movement patterns.

We also welcome older athletes! We call them Legends. Many of our older athletes need to spend special time and attention on their mobility, flexibility, and developing a baseline level of cardiovascular capacity.

There are over 200 movements and exercises that we regularly do at CrossFit. Those exercises range across a broad spectrum of physical disciplines such as gymnastics, weightlifting, and “cardio-style” work.

All the exercises we do have various versions so that athletes of a variety of skill levels, ages, and fitness levels, can perform and reap the benefits of these exercises.

As a new members, you can be assured that our trainers will determine which version of the various exercises is best suited for you at this point. As your fitness develops, your range of motion increases, and your strength capacities increase, we will gradually challenge you with the more difficult versions of these exercises. In other words, as you get fitter, the workouts remain challenging and appropriate for your skill level and fitness level.‏

Great people, great workouts. Their programmed classes incorporate cardio, weightlifting, and body weight movements to deliver fun, fast-paced fitness classes. The trainers are positive and encouraging.
