“I was putting in countless hours at the gym doing treadmill workouts and weights trying to work off baby weight, but wasn’t reaching my fitness goals. In January, 2011, I turned to TUFF owner/trainer John Duncan to help me reach my weight loss goals.
I committed to taking boot camp classes at least twice a week and Johnny helped me with a nutritional program as well. The work was hard, but I noticed a difference in my body and energy levels in the first few weeks. Within 6 months of working with Johnny, I dropped 30 pounds, regained my energy, and my biggest achievement…..fitting back into my “pre” baby clothes.
