I started working out at TUFF in January of 2010 in the middle of my 30 lb weight loss journey.  I had already started better eating habits and was hitting the gym regularly, but I had hit a plateau where I was no longer challenged or seeing further results.  I had a friend who was going to TUFF and gave fantastic reviews so I decided to try it out.  After my very first visit I was hooked, and continued to go back at least 2-3 times a week.  Within 2 months of my first visit I had lost the last 10-15 pounds and had more importantly shed over 10% body fat.  I decided from there to compete in my very first figure show, where I placed twice.

Two years later I’m still competing in shows, and am still going to TUFF as my home gym.  The coaches there understand and care about their members fitness goals and always brings new workouts that are not only different and challenging but also fun!  I would highly recommend this gym to anyone I know.
